Hi! I am Akira.

I’m currently a third-year student in the Bachelor of Game Design program at Sheridan. My love for game design sparked from my desire for adventure. If I wasn’t outdoors exploring, then I was chasing every possible side quest in my favourite video games. Since then, my passion grew into many genres and I’ve decided to push my limits as a designer. 

To me, games are more than entertainment- they are experiences that evoke emotions, inspire players, and leave a lasting impression. I strive to create projects that resonate with players and send messages that connect back to the real world and their personal journeys with life.

Outside of technical skills, I’ve learned a lot about understanding player perspectives and how design principles are crucial in the creation of impactful experiences. Collaborating with other designers has been a rewarding journey, and I’m excited to continue working toward creating unforgettable games
